Bide your time

Graphics is now no longer in my vocabulary. Gone. Dropped. hmsh, now i can concentrate on what i want to do most, write. After gaining a little piece of tattoo art on my body, I'm thriving for another. Yes, it was painful. No i didn't cry, although it was a surprise to me too. After falling in love with the summer candyfloss colours im edging back towards my old look. Grungy and black with a touch of sly glamour.

Hmm i do still love the boho looks, candyfloss bodycons bra tops, maxi dresses and all things girly, gearing up for festival season has sent me back to black.
Seeing a recent skins article reminded me of Kaya Scodelario or Effy to most. I remembered her
very 'British' rock grunge look. A look where she doesn't fuss over what she wears. A slouchy tee, shorts and cheap boots, or on the other hand, vintage tshirts and relaxed army boots with messy hair. Whatever it is she does it well.

Another recent star is Gossip Girls Taylor Momsen. Her look is more 'gothic' than Kaya's. Taylor's look is definitely one of my favourites right now. She hasn't fallen into the fashion following frenzy that most new young celebs do, and i love that. Her blonde hair lightens up her dark look. Although, I'm not categorising her at all, her look changes from Vintage leather, studs and rock tees to flowing girly dresses with petticoats

Salute to Chris Barros as this campaign i cant stop perving on. This related to my post so much i just HAD to write about it. Remember the anti-drugs campaign 'you wouldn't start a night like this' with a girl with vintage dresses covered in curry sauce with vomit entwined in her hair? Yeah well this campaign reminds me of that ad, with a lot more make up, no vomit and 100% glamour perfection.

This campaign has a sly narrative, having a cigarette, touching up the makeup and jumping off in the car going where ever life takes you, all whilst looking glamorous with out having a care in the world.
